Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aiiara, a shift-scheduling service available at aiiara.com and through our web, iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

aiiara lets organizations build and publish shift schedules and lets their members view schedules, offer, swap and pick up shifts, and communicate. The service is currently offered by invitation and may change over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Access to an organization's workspace is controlled by that organization, which may approve, restrict or remove members at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use aiiara to break the law, harass others, attempt to access other organizations' data, interfere with or probe the service for weaknesses, or upload malicious content. Do not enter patient or other health information into the service.

Your content

You and your organization keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service. Organization administrators can see and manage content in their workspace.

Scheduling accuracy

aiiara is a tool to help organize schedules. Your organization remains responsible for staffing decisions, coverage and compliance with its own rules and applicable law. Warnings and validations shown in the app are aids, not guarantees.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using aiiara at any time. We or your organization may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or the service is no longer available.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will update the date above when changes are made.
